HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

This is a bedroom with a private balcony. The bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe, sockets, adapters for plugs, rug, curtains, window blinds, shelves, lamps, chair, desk, bedside table, bed (double size 160x200 cm) and much more.

Description of the apartment:
The apartment is fully furnished with vacuum cleaner, washing machine, fridge with freezer, table with chairs (a TV is available upon previous request)and much more .
The apartment is made of a hallway, big kitchen for living, bathroom fully equipped, bedroom with balcony and biggest bedroom.

Only 2 pieces are currently not in the apartment (we can replace them on demand).

The place is only 1 minute walk from the famous shopping mall Galeria Kazimierz, 2 minutes walk from the river, 5 minutes walk from the Jewish quarter (Kazimierz), around 8 minutes walk from the Old Town (Stary Miasto), 1 minute walk from the post office, 1 minute walk from the football pitch, tennis court and ping pong (tennis table) area and from the playground for children.
The place is as well 2 minute walk from the bus/tram stop "Rondo Grzegórzecki", tram stop "Miodowa", tram/bus stop "Hala Targowa".
The place is only 2 minutes walk from the very famous Hala Targowa food market and super market.
There are many stores, groceries, restaurants, cinemas, shops open 24h and food markets in the area.

The tenants get full maintenance for the apartment (service 7 days per week) during the entire period of lease.
