Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

This is a studio apartment with a private bathroom.
The place is fully furnished, nice, cozy and bright. There are all sort of kitchen tools (dishes, pans, pots, glasses, cutlery etc.).

The last renovation was in October 2024.

The place is made of a kitchen-hallway, a living space-main room and bathroom.
The apartment is located on the ground floor in a very elegant building.
The studio is made of a big room, kitchenette/hallway fully equipped and bathroom.
There is a brand new big sofa-bed, purchased in 2020, for 1 or 2 people and a single bed. The tenant(s) can get a play-station and a TV (only upon previous request and if still available). The Lessor can get for the tenant(s) as well a monthly subscription to view the football leagues.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
The building is historical, clean and very elegant, with a cool backyard. The closest bus/tram stop is Nowy Kleparz, just few seconds walk from the place. The old town is just 9 mins walk. The railway station is 9 minutes walk. The m(hidden)us station is around 10 minutes walk. The food market Nowy Kleparz market is few seconds walk.
The Business park Quattro is about 12 minutes by bus.

Information about "Nowy Kleparz" food market
It's a market close to the local transport stops/stations. You can find here fresh fruits and vegetables, but you can see as well attractive prepared traditional food. You can barter in this local market flowers, dishes or cloths.

Additional information:
There is a microwave, fridge with freezer, iron, iron board, wardrobe with hangers, drying rack, hairdryer, hair straightener, kettle, toaster and boiler.

THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
