El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

This studio apartment has a fully furnished kitchen corner, a small flat-screen TV, double bed (140x200 cm), microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer and a private bathroom.
The bed is a double size with a comfortable mattress. The place can host up to 2 people.

The apartment is around 24 m2.

There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants (upon previous request). The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

The apartment is on the first floor (1st staircase).

If the tenant wants a private year insurance (cost around 100 PLN, one-time payment and valid for the entire year) please contact the Lessor.

Stradomska studio apartment provides an accommodation between the Old Town and the Jewish quarter of Krakow, within a close walking distance of Wawel Royal Castle and Vistula River. This studio apartment is on the road that connects Jewish district and "Stary Miasto", so it gives you the opportunity to explore the area on foot.

In Stradomska, one of Krakow's most trendy streets, in the winters you can sip your coffee and watch the snowflakes from your apartment, while in summer you can cycle outside and stroll by the river. You can find everything you need in the apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, a double bed, a washing machine, and a private bathroom. The furniture are trendy and brand new.

THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS.
Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
