Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The place here advertised is an apartment of 2 giant bedrooms with a living area. The apartment is perfect for foreign students, professionals, families or couples.

This is now an apartment of 2 bedrooms (before the place was a one-bedroom apartment) made of a hallway, small living space with kitchen annex, bathroom and 2 extra large bedrooms (video available).
There are all kind of devices and appliances in the apartment (iron with iron board, hair dryers, TV, washing machine, HiFi stereo with speakers, vacuum cleaner, fridge with freezer and much more). There is a big table with stylish chairs in the living room.
An additional cot for a baby and a small bed for children are available upon request.
The flat is fully furnished and located between the Jewish quarter and the Old Town.
The place is just few seconds walk from the Wawel castle. The bus/tram stops are just 2 minutes walks from the building.

THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (MUCH LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS.

The monthly rent is higher if the lease period is only 1 month.

There are 2 beds:
The first bed is a double size sofa-bed suitable for 1 or 2 people (the sofa-bed is located in the bedroom).
The second bed is a double size bed for a couple (the bed is located in the bedroom).

The deposit shall cover 1 monthly rent + utilities/bills in the value of one month calculated in excess.
The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent.
The Lessor is reasonable, always ready to understand and help the tenants.

There is a beautiful view on the street from the bedrooms. There is a common balcony and corridor just before the apartment.

The place is just few seconds walk from the Wawel castle. The bus/tram stops are just 2 minutes walks from the building. The place is very quiet with absolutely no noise from outside. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (1st staircase).
