El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Descripción del apartamento

This is a well central-located mini studio apartment with a private bathroom en-suite situated in the heart of Kraków.

The place is located in the backyard on the second floor. The neighborhood is very quiet.
The building is very close to the Wawel castle, Old Town and Jeswish quarter. The closest tram/bus stops are "Wawel" and "Stradom".

The place is made of a common corridor, main room with a kitchen annex and bathroom.

There is a double bed in the apartment (size 160 cm x 200 cm). There is a vacuum cleaner and a microwave in the apartment. The Lessor can get for the tenants additional beds as a replace upon previous request (single beds, double beds, sofa-beds).

The monthly price of the rental does not include the bills. The bills and utilities can be paid upon consumption or with an all inclusive reach-out monthly amount.

The tenants can get the following appliances upon previous request: kettle, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, chargers and TV. The tenants get a full maintenance for the apartment (service 7 days per week) during the entire period of lease.

The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). Moreover, the Lessor can get for the tenants handmade fashion pochette-masks (very trendy and fashion masks).

The Lessor can get an additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request).

There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

Security Deposit

For bookings of up to 1 month, a reduced security deposit applies, as indicated in the listing.

For stays longer than 1 month, the security deposit may vary depending on the length of the stay and other rental conditions. In this case, prospective tenants are kindly invited to contact the Lessor through the HousingAnywhere chat before booking.
The Lessor will provide all the details regarding the applicable security deposit.

There is a good internet connection in the building with many networks available, the speed of the connection is very fast and with an unlimited transfer of data (fiber internet connection).

The Lessor can help the tenants with the paperwork and bureaucracy needed in order to obtain the PESEL number, temporary residence, application for a VISA and much more.

The lease agreement is available in Polish and English language.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.
