El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The bedroom is fully equipped with 2 beds, lamps, curtains, shelves, wardrobe, hangers, drying rack, bedside tables, desk and chairs.

There is a table with chairs in the kitchen.

There are 9 single beds in the apartment (double beds are available upon previous request).

The Lessor can get an additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request).

Moreover, the Lessor can get for the tenants hand made fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy and fashion masks).

There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

Each bedroom can be locked.

The tram/bus stops Starowiślna and Stradom are both few seconds walk from the place.
Dietla is a street full of shops, restaurants, stores h24, bars and pubs.
The area is very green (the avenue Dietla is completely green and wooded). The building is located on the side of the Jewish quarter in Dietla street.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
