El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The bedroom in the apartment is fully equipped with 2 single beds (additional single beds, double bed or sofa are available upon previous request), lamps, curtains, shelves, wardrobe, hangers, drying rack for clothes, bedside tables, desk and chairs, TV (streaming-service web platforms are available only upon previous request).
This is the centralbedroom of the apartment. The bedroom has a TV. The windows are in PVC (perfect insulation).
The bedroom can host up to 2 people.

This is an apartment of 3 bedrooms located between Jewish district and Stradom district.

There is a small extra payment (higher deposit) is a tenant wants to live in the property with a pet (the other tenants and the Lessor must previously agree).

The Lessor can help the tenants to get a pesel number or a temporary residence.

The place is made of a hallway, corridor, 3 bedrooms, living space with a kitchen annex, bathroom with shower box and separate toilet. The apartment has a size of around 60 square meters.
The apartment has a bathroom and a separate toilet (1,5 bathrooms).

The apartment has currently many beds: single beds, sofa-bed (double bed) and a double-bed. The place can host up to 6 people (ideally 3 or 4 people).

The tenants can get additional single beds, double bed, sofa, armchair, sofa-bed or armchair bed (upon previous request).

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a table with chairs in the kitchen.
The 3 bedrooms can be locked.

The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, hand made fashion pochette-masks (very trendy and fashion masks), gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request).
There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
The Lessor can get a life insurance during the entire period of lease.

The tram/bus stops Starowiślna and Stradom are both few seconds walk from the place.
Dietla is a street full of shops, restaurants, stores h24, bars and pubs.
The area is very green (the avenue Dietla is completely green and wooded).

There is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. There are as well the following devices and appliances in the apartment: socket adapters, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dish-washer.
Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
