El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

This is the fourth bedroom of the apartment after the main entrance. The room has a double bed (mattress 140x200 cm).

The apartment is a cozy and spacious. The place is made of 5 bedrooms and is located in the best area in Kraków (Stradom)!

The place can host from up to 11 people (5 couples and 1 single), however, the best would be 6 people. Normally we have 5 people in the apartment.

Each room is sunny and fully furnished (many sockets and plugs, lamps, bedside table, desk, wardrobe, bed with comfortable mattress). There are 3 standard bedrooms, 1 big bedroom with 2 beds and a small bedroom.

There is a very beautiful new courtyard with a playground.

The size of the entire flat is around 140 m2, the bills are very low (central heating system).

The apartment is made of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The place will be completely furnished soon. Each bedroom in the apartment is going a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (all kitchen tools). The bed linens and towels are not included in the monthly price.

The price above in the advert is per room (monthly rent).

The tenants can choose to pay the bills upon consumption or in a reach-out amount (all inclusive monthly amount with the rental).

Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the the city center, really close to the Wawel castle.
The place is just 2 minutes walk from the old town and 1 minute walk from the Jewish quarter Kazimierz.

The deposit can be given in the following currencies: EURO, GBP, USD, PLN (złoty) in cash.
The monthly rental can be paid via cash or bank transfer (better bank transfer) in the local polish currency.

Additional services:
The tenant(s) can get a service of bed linens and towels (available upon previous request). The service is not included in the price of the monthly rental.
The tenant(s) can get a service of weekly cleaning (available upon previous request). The service, if requested upon arrival, is extra and not included in the price of the monthly rental.
The Lessor can help the tenants with the documentation (permanent or temporary residence, PESEL etc. etc.). Please ask the Lessor few days in advance.
The Lessor can get a special discount to the tenants for city/region tours (upon request at least 24 hours before).

the apartment is equipped with masks, disinfectants, hand-sanitizers and home-sanitizers.
Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.
