Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en HomeStay
En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Five-room house located midway between Vedado and Old Havana, very close to Revolution Square. Each room has air conditioning, hot and cold water, a double bed, and a private bathroom. We also have a lovely and inviting rooftop terrace with plants. Every morning you can enjoy breakfast accompanied by delicious Cuban coffee (on the house). We also offer car parking and airport pick-up and drop-off services if needed. In addition to Spanish, we speak English, French, and a little Italian.

Our place is located in a very quiet neighborhood, built in the 1920s. The house is upstairs and has five rooms. On the rooftop, there is a terrace with plants, ideal for sitting and relaxing. We can always offer quiet and peace. We love to offer you Cuban coffee in the morning and chat to help you organize your day and optimize your stay; there is a lot to see and do, so it's best if you have a plan.
We are located in the center of Havana, so to get anywhere in the city it's very easy. We are very close to two major avenues where you can take a taxi or a bus wherever you need, mainly to Habana Vieja or Vedado. In the opposite corner of our block is the Central Bus Station, where you can buy a ticket to the rest of the country by ViAzul bus company. Two minutes from here it's the iconic Revolution Square, a very wide space from the 50's where you can see the Che Guevara sculpture, and go up in the tower and view the hole city by the gaze.
Our rooms are comfortable and silent, there are air-conditioning, minibar, TV, a wide window and an ensuite bathroom. We name and identify each one by color: orange, green, blue, red and gray, all vivant colors that match with our climate, but still suitable for resting. The bed is king size, best for couples, but if you need it we can slip them and create two king size beds. We welcome everyone on the basis of respect and love. We speak English, French and a little bit of Italian.
