Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Quietly situated on the second floor of a modern apartment building (with a lift), this beautifully presented, high-tech property is just a two-minute walk from the sea and less than a 15-minute walk from both Ix-Xtajta and Buġibba beaches.

The spacious (over 200 sq. m. /2000 sq. ft.) apartment comfortably sleeps eight guests and enjoys a bright and airy, open-plan living area that leads out to a private terrace. The contemporary living space is stylishly furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a coffee table and a large dining table. This area also incorporates a modern kitchen, which is fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a reverse osmosis drinking water tap (negating the need for bottled water) with instant boiling water and a food waste disposal unit, there is also a kitchen island with a breakfast bar for four.

Outside the terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining or drinks at the end of a busy day.

Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed, a TV and a wardrobe. This room also an ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom and is furnished with a super-king-size double bed (note: this can be divided into two single beds), a TV and a wardrobe. This room also enjoys a small private balcony.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom also enjoys a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom. This room is furnished with and super-king-size double bed, a sofa bed (with a memory foam mattress), a large TV and a wardrobe

Note: All three bedrooms are fitted with a mini safe, a 55” smart TV with movies & international sports, blackout blinds, a hairdryer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a mini fridge, ironing facilities and a desk
