Every individual bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, study area, desk, chair, Wifi, window, and bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC, and wash basin.

Centrally located, Newarke Street is an excellent student accommodation Leicester located just a 2-minutes’ walk away from the De Montfort University. Students looking to cut down on their commute time can breathe easy since the University of Leicester also takes less than 20-minutes to reach on foot. It is set at a convenient location from a whole host of shops, eateries and other amenities, allowing you the convenience of having a plethora of great places to explore in your free time.

With excellent transport facilities connecting you to the entire city, travelling is fairly convenient when you live at this accommodation. The nearest bus station is just a 2-minutes’ walk away while the Leicester Train Station takes only 11-minutes to reach on foot. This makes exploring the city quite convenient and easy on the pocket. Whether you find shopping enjoyable or hectic, you will be glad to know that the Highcross Shopping Mall takes only 7-minutes to reach on foot.

The accommodation offers a variety of room types from independent living in studios to apartments for up to five people, it's your choice.
