Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en HomeStay
En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Mistry family profile

Hi we are the Mistry family – Taruna and her daughters Priya aged 17 years and Tejal aged 13 years. We live in a small town called Oadby in Leicestershire close to local schools, a country park, the railway station and the city center.

I work part time and run my own business in Leicester. We live in a detached home with three bedrooms, study room and conservatory and an additional bedroom which is part of a garage conversion with its own bath room and overlooking a large garden. There is a lovely living room with a TV and lots of seating however there are other rooms to spend more quiet time in also. During the warm weather we enjoy spending time in the garden and relaxing in the seating area. There are vegetable patches and fruit trees which we enjoy.

Oadby is just 15minutes from Leicester city centre which has a great shopping including markets, shopping malls and places of historic interest. There are a number theatres and cinema’s to choose from and lots going on including street shows, festivals and events. We are not far from the golden mile which has lots of Asian stores and restaurants. As a family we enjoy outdoors activities, including visiting places, parks and attending events and festivals. We do enjoy eating out and going to the cinema and theatre shows. We also cook different dishes at home like pasta, burgers, Indian, Chinese and seafood dishes and welcome anyone joining in if they are interested in cooking! My interests are gardening, fitness, travel and creative projects.

Our guests have their own room with a desk and wardrobe and private bathroom. They can use the facilities in our home and feel as comfortable as possible whilst they stay with us. We are friendly and approachable and will try our best to make sure you enjoy your stay and do as many interesting things as possible. We look forward to welcoming you.
