Location: 3 minutes walk from Connewitzer Kreuz with connection to bus and tram. Rewe, bakery, bars and restaurants (Karl-Liebknecht-Str.) as well as forest and lakes in the immediate vicinity.

It's all there, you just have to bring your own things.
