En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Arrive and feel at home: This freshly renovated, fully furnished 1-room apartment in Leipzig offers a cozy temporary home of approx. 40 sqm. A separate bedroom, an inviting living/dining area, and comprehensive amenities make moving in easy. The monthly flat-rate rent of €1,180 already includes furniture, utilities, heating, electricity, and internet.

The apartment is located on the first floor, is easily accessible by elevator, and is offered for first occupancy after extensive renovation. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant living climate.

Living and Comfort:

In the living/dining area, the sofa bed invites you to relax after a long day or enjoy a cozy TV evening. The dining table offers space for shared meals and can also be used as a workspace if needed. Wi-Fi with a connection speed of 250 Mbit/s complements the amenities.

The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed with integrated storage, nightstands, and a PAX wardrobe. Bed linen, pillows, and blankets are, of course, included.

The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, pots, and all necessary cooking utensils.

In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower. The double pleated blinds on the window can be adjusted to be transparent or opaque as needed, providing daylight or maximum privacy. Towels and a private washing machine in the apartment complete the amenities. A vacuum cleaner and floor mop are also available.

Convenient Daily Life:

The apartment is located on Gorkistraße in Leipzig. A bus and tram stop is directly in front of the door. Leipzig Central Station can be reached by tram in approx. 15 minutes.

A REWE supermarket in the immediate vicinity makes daily shopping convenient. Further shopping options such as EDEKA and Rossmann are reachable within a few minutes.

Your Stay:

The apartment is available from October 1, 2026, for a maximum of two people. The minimum rental period is three months. There are no additional costs or surcharges for the services included in the flat-rate rent.
