Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The Four Seasons Hotel is a 6-minute walk away, the beach 7–8 minutes, and the coastal road, restaurants, cafés and tavernas around 6 minutes. The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.

Villa No.7 features three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom, while the second master bedroom offers direct access to a private veranda with its own dining table. The third bedroom features two comfortable 3.5 ft single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. The villa offers two full bathrooms and a guest WC. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area are perfect for enjoying meals indoors in air-conditioned comfort, while the outdoor dining table by the pool, the garden lounge and the private veranda provide inviting spaces to relax throughout the day. A covered private parking area accommodates up to two cars.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the villa, private pool, garden and all outdoor areas.
The property also includes a completely independent lower-level residence, occasionally used by the owners, with its own private entrance. There are no shared indoor or outdoor guest spaces, except for the main entrance gate.
