Bed Size
This studio features two bunk beds.
The bunk beds were custom-made to maximize the space and create a cozy sleeping nook.
For extra comfort, the mattresses have a trapezoidal shape, measuring 125 cm wide at the head, 90 cm at the foot, and 185 cm long. Both the upper and lower mattresses have the same dimensions.
Water Heater
The apartment features a 50-liter water heater, so please be mindful of hot water usage in both the kitchen and bathroom. If the hot water runs out, it may take up to 2 hours for the water heater to fully reheat. We recommend using hot water efficiently to ensure a steady supply throughout your stay.
This apartment is located in a renovated traditional historic building in Graça, Lisbon. As is typical of older buildings, noise from other apartments (between floors) and from the street may be heard during your stay.
The vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood is part of the charm of this unique area.
Please note that access to the apartment is via a three steps staircase from the street.
