Qué necesitarás

- Verificar tu identidad en la plataforma es opcional, pero aumenta tus posibilidades de que te acepten.
El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Situated in a building with elevator, this shared accommodation features four shared bathrooms and a communal living and dining space. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges, washing machine, dryer, and access to a shared balcony.

This bedroom offers an area of approximately 9 m2. It is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm). Please note that this interior room does not have a window or balcony.

📍 Neighborhood
Set in Avenidas Novas, you are well connected to key city spots. Parque metro station is a 1-minute walk, El Corte Inglés is 5 minutes on foot, and Parque Eduardo VII is a 6-minute walk.

💶💶 REQUIREMENTS
- Security deposit (paid during the contract signature process).
- Admin fee (paid per person during the contract signature process).
- The last month's rent must be paid in advance with contract signature.
- All security deposits, the last month's rent, and administrative fees must be paid directly to the landlord.
- Bills included up to a maximum of 25€/month.
- Cleaning fee of 35€/month (weekly cleaning).
- An additional tenant is possible at 100€/month.

• Payment of half the month's rent if your stay is less than two weeks during the month of move-in or move-out.

📜 CONTRACT GUIDELINES
1. Proof of identity required (ID, passport, or driver’s license).
2. Indicate all persons renting or checking in during the booking process.
3. Security deposit to be paid during the contract signature process and refunded upon satisfactory checkout.
4. Rent must be paid by the 20th of the previous month.
5. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the property.

• All bookings and communications must occur through the HousingAnywhere platform.
• Payments are processed securely, with funds released 24 hours after your check-in, ensuring you can inspect the property before confirmation.

We work with biweekly contracts, however, the tenant will have to pay the last month’s rent in full. It works as follows: A full final rent payment is collected at check-in, with the adjustment made during the month preceding the final month of the stay, when only half of the rent is due.
