Our rooms come fully furnished with a premium mattress, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. Of course, pillows, bed sheets, and small items such as a bedside table and a small lamp are always included.
It’s more than just a co-living apartment, this is simply a very big, comfy place. You will find a place to store your food and for the emergency food heat-ups a microwave. 2 shared bathrooms among 5 rooms. A fully-equipped kitchen, with a fridge, washing machine, and other appliances.
This co-living apartment is perfect if you love to have your own space and live in a community full of people. It has 5 rooms, meaning you will have all these people to connect with and share your experiences. A couple of minutes away from the metro station of Rato, where you will be able to move around the town easily.
The building is located in the beautiful district of Avenidas Novas. It is close to some nice restaurants and lively bars. It is also only about 15-20 minutes by walk to two of the major Universities in Lisbon. There are some nice green spaces around to hang out and relax, including the Gulbenkian garden with its beautiful lake and big amphitheater, which hosts a variety of events.
Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios) One person per room (no bedroom sharing)
Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.
Person asks for viewing because he/she is scared about getting a fake offer:
I understand your doubts, but we just can not offer a viewing. Not only because of the pandemic situation, it is also due to many requests in one room. Once you are a tenant of us you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time. As you can see on the companies website, we are really existing and do not offer any unreal listings.

It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
WE DO NOT CHECK IN ON THE WEEKEND (Saturday and Sunday).
