Thoughtfully designed for easy, modern living, this studio provides an efficient layout that doesn’t compromise on comfort – perfect for roommates, couples, or individuals who enjoy a bit more space.

Residents also benefit from access to the building’s shared amenities, including a coworking space on the same floor, and on the ground floor: a fitness centre, BlackBox, and the iconic Ljubljana pizzeria Dobra Vila. Outside, a green garden awaits — dappled in sunlight, gently shaded by trees.
