En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

I am a retired professor from Fanshawe College, who owns a spacious house, featuring
- 4-bedroom on the second floor as well as 3-bedroom on the ground floor
- a total of 2 kitchens, 3 full bathrooms on the the ground, the second floor as well as the basement
- virtually 100 meters to a bus stop/convenience store, 500 meters to the Oxbury Mall, a 2.3 km distance to , and with a direct bus route to Fanshawe, approximately 3.2 km to Western, and with convenient traffic to other parts of London, including downtown

The monthly rent is inclusive of 1) a private bedroom furnished with a bed, mattress, quilt, pillow, a desk, desk lamp and a chair, 2) utilities including water, electricity, gas, and PURIFIED drinking tap as an added advantage, central heating & cooling, UNLIMITED High-speed WIFI, and on-site laundry. Parking on the driveway is available at a discounted rate of $30/month.

The chances are LIMITED to secure a room in this "Home away from Home" most popular with Fanshawe international students and/working professionals, subject to competition and screening involving interested tenants, old and new, for the new one-year lease term. Currently, only one room is available due to an earlier move-out by the tenant, and all four rooms are typically booked with a deposit before September 1, like what happens over the past 20 years.

I rent out the 3 regular-sized bedrooms and the King-sized Master Bedroom to selected roomers. The monthly rent is $600 and $700 respectively, inclusive of 1) the furnished room with a bed, mattress, quilt and pillow, 2) utilities (water, electricity, gas) plus purified drinking water as an add-on, 3) central heating and cooling, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, and on-site laundry.
