Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en Coliving
En Coliving envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

This unique space was once a convent, and today it has been transformed into a vibrant coliving community. While no longer a religious place, we’ve preserved its essence as a shared home — a place where people come together to live, work, and enjoy life side by side.

Most of our rooms are singles, with just three doubles available. Bathrooms are shared.

There are plenty of communal areas where guests can connect, chat, play cards, share meals, watch movies, and create together. The atmosphere is full of energy, peace, and artistic inspiration.

One of the most magical things about this place is its location — right in the heart of the city center. Yet once you're inside, it feels like the countryside: quiet, calm, and filled with birdsong.
Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, Lucca is a beautifully preserved Renaissance town where medieval charm meets modern ease. With its cobbled streets, terracotta roofs, and towering walls that wrap around the city like a warm hug, Lucca offers a slower pace of life—perfect for a digital nomad looking to balance productivity with inspiration.

Wi-Fi is reliable and widely available. While many locals work traditional hours, a growing number of remote workers and creatives are calling Lucca home. A few coworking spaces have popped up, but most nomads find a comfortable rhythm working from airy cafés like Caffè Santa Zita, h&g, or Caffè delle Mura—the last one sits right on the city wall with unbeatable views.

Weekend Adventures

Lucca is a fantastic base for exploring Tuscany. Within an hour, you can be soaking in the thermal baths of Bagni di Lucca, sipping Chianti in Greve, or wandering through the art-filled streets of Florence. Even closer is Pisa (just 20 minutes by train), and the coastal gems of the Cinque Terre are perfect for a weekend getaway.

Living Like a Local

Life in Lucca moves at a gentle rhythm. The town is known for its music—composer Giacomo Puccini was born here—and during the summer, you’ll find classical concerts in churches and outdoor performances filling the piazzas. Every Wednesday and Saturday, a local market pops up near Porta San Donato, where you can stock up on seasonal produce and Tuscan specialties.

For a digital nomad, Lucca offers the best of both worlds: it’s rich in culture and history, yet laid-back and liveable. It’s a place where you can knock out your morning work sessions, then lose yourself in medieval streets, fresh pasta, and golden light by afternoon.
