Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en Home Attitude
En Home Attitude envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Cours Gambetta, this 19 m² apartment is located in the heart of the dynamic Sans-Souci Dauphiné district, in Lyon's sought-after 7th arrondissement. Ideally located, it benefits from immediate access to public transport, with the Garibaldi metro station just a few minutes' walk away.

This furnished, ready-to-live-in studio can accommodate up to 2 people for a comfortable, functional stay in Lyon. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a residence secured by entry code, it offers a practical and pleasant living environment, close to shops, restaurants and universities in the area.

The apartment is fully equipped for a worry-free stay: Wi-Fi connection, iron and ironing board, clothesline, portable fan and all the essentials of daily life are provided.

All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a Wifi connection for a peaceful stay.

Please note: although the apartment does not have its own washing machine, the residence has a laundromat available to residents. A step is also available for easy access to overhead storage areas.
