Located on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator) of a beautiful stone building—well-maintained and secured with a keypad and intercom—this apartment offers all the characteristic charm of the Croix-Rousse. It features an average ceiling height of 2.17 m.

Sleeping up to 2 people, the apartment enjoys a prime location for exploring Lyon and immersing yourself in neighborhood life. Just a short walk away, you’ll find numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the famous Croix-Rousse market.

In terms of transportation, the Hénon station (Metro Line C) is about a 6-minute walk away, and bus lines C13 and S4 are just 120 meters away. City Hall and the Lyon Opera House are also about a 15-minute walk away.
