The room is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: it has a double bed (120 cm), a large double wardrobe, air conditioning that also works as heating, and a desk with a chair and lamp.

The size of the room is 7.72 m². It has a window and also its own lock on the door for greater privacy.

This room is located on the first floor of the building and has access to the four bathrooms located in the common areas. The kitchen and dining room are shared exclusively with tenants from the 1st and ground floors.
