The room is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: it features a single bed (90 cm), a spacious double wardrobe, air conditioning that also works as heating, and a desk with a chair and lamp.

The room size is 6.00 m². It has a window and also includes its own lock on the door for added privacy.

This room is located on the second floor of the building and has access to the four bathrooms located in the common areas. The kitchen and dining room are shared exclusively among tenants on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
