Size of the room is 10.87 m². Ideal for sharing with students and young people who come to work in Madrid. The flat has a cozy living room that is fully furnished and where you can relax watching TV and there is also a dinning area.\n\nThe kitchen is fully equipped with:\n\n- 2 fridges\n- 1 Microwave\n- 4 stoves\n- Oven\n- 1 Washing machine This flat is located in the beatiful area in the community of Arganzuela, a community known for its beautiful architecture and interesting historical enrichment. The neighbourhood is full of life for young people who which to be part of the daily life of Spain, filled with places to eat, have a good time and enjoy a lot this beautiful neighbourhood. The area is well served by public transport by having three metro stations that connect you several lines of the metro network:\n\n- Metro Delicias – line 3\n- Metro Legazpi – line 3 and 6\n- Cercanias Renfe - line C1, C7, C10\n- Several bus stations Enjoy the culture and art of Spain in the museums of the neighbourhood: Museo Reina Sofìa, Museo del Prado and the Real Jardín Botánico, in which you'll enjoy the most beautiful masterpieces of art and a floral paradise you won't find anywhere else.
