En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

It is ideal for professionals, temporary solutions, or an uncomplicated move-in.

The approx. 65 m² apartment offers space for up to 5 people + baby and is centrally located, meaning University Hospital, University, tram, and shopping facilities are easily reachable on foot.
