The space
The living, dining and full-length kitchen share one bright open-plan space that opens onto a large private balcony, with room to dine outdoors for six. Approx. 70 m² inside, plus a 20 m² balcony.

The kitchen is built for people who actually cook: full bench, induction cooktop, oven, good glassware and a wall of cookbooks. The bedroom is separate and quiet, with a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan and lined curtains. The bathroom is wet-room style, with a walk-in rain shower and timber vanity. There's also a piano, a smart TV, and more books and plants than is strictly sensible.

A note on the design: the exposed concrete ceilings and ductwork are deliberate — part of the building's passive thermal design, which keeps the apartment naturally stable year-round. Heating is hydronic radiator warmth. There's no air conditioning, but ceiling fans throughout; the concrete thermal mass and cross-ventilation through the balcony doors keep it comfortable in summer.

Guest access
You'll have the whole apartment to yourselves, plus full access to the building's shared rooftop garden and laundry — lawn, seating and some of the best skyline views in the inner north. There's a lift to your floor and secure bike storage on site.

Other things to note
This is a long-stay home — bookings are for 30 nights or more.

All utilities and wifi (1 Gbps) are included. Laundry is a shared facility on the building's rooftop.

The building is community-minded and quiet — a considerate place to live, not a party spot. Maximum two guests.
