Qué necesitarás
- Ten los documentos listos antes de solicitar: el anuncio puede exigir DNI o pasaporte, matrícula o contrato de trabajo, y justificante de ingresos (tuyos o de un avalista).
- Verificar tu identidad en la plataforma es opcional, pero aumenta tus posibilidades de que te acepten.
El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Beautiful and spacious private bedroom available with all the comforts. Closest metro station is Udine, green metro line at 4 minutes walking distance (400 meters). Perfect position for Politecnico and to reach the city center area

The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. First floor, with elevator. The flat is composed by 3 double room amd 2 private bedroom (so max. 8 person in the flat), there are 3 bathrooms in total, there are a spacious and fully equipped kitchen.

The private bedroom is composed of one queen size bed, spacious wardrobe, desks with chair.

RENTAL CONDITION:
- Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee.
- Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment.
- Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below).
- The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract.
- Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost"
- In case of bookings longer than 6 months but shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 80€ for a studio, and 100€ for one-bedroom apartments.
- In case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 150€ for a studio, and 200 € for one-bedroom apartments.
