ONLY electricity bills are NOT included in the rent, based on actual usage and split among all the flatmates. All other expenses are included in the rent. Before or at check-in, tenant must pay a 50 contract registration fee and a security deposit equal to two months' rent. Contract will be signed at the apartment on the first day. Italian tax code required: if you dont have one, apply for it as soon as you arrive in Italy.
