Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The spacious apartment is furnished in modern style and fully equipped. It has a combined living and sleeping area, kitchen-living room, hall, bathroom and balcony. All rooms are equipped with modern porcelain stoneware and with new soundproofing and double glazing. In the living/bedroom there is: a high-quality and comfortable bed 210cm long, additional mattress, coffee table, chest of drawers, shelves, dining table with 2 chairs as well as 32" flatscreen LCD TV, a DVD player and Internet flatrate DSL/WLAN. On the balcony facing the backyard there are two sun chairs and a table for relaxation. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, the cutlery, dishes and cooking set. The very high-quality and modern designed bathroom with bathtub and toilet is kept in bright white. In the corridor there is a large wardrobe. As a free service, we also provide you with bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board, laundry basket and clothes horse, hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner. In the house there are three terraces and a garden for shared use. There are three washing machines and a dryer as well as a bicycle storage room in the house. A parking space in the underground car park can be rented additionally.

Schleißheimer Straße surrounds itself with everything that makes Schwabing and distinguishes Munich. So you only have to take a few steps to reach the new Petuelpark. Then only your spirit of enterprise and physical fitness will decide where you will end up: Luitpoldpark with its beer garden and the Georgenschwaige outdoor pool, the nearby tennis courts or the Olympic Park, which is home to an incomparable range of sports, leisure and cultural activities. The Leopoldstraße with its diverse range of offers attracts visitors and the Münchner Freiheit is less than three kilometres away. In the specialty and wholesale stores in the Euro-Industriepark you can easily do your big shopping. And if you are ever drawn to the city centre, which almost fades away next to Schwabing, you can be at the hip locations in a flash.
