Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

I am renting out my beautiful apartment in the heart of Munich for 4 months, from December 1st to March 31st. The apartment is located in Maxvorstadt, in close proximity to the Isar.

Around the apartment, you'll find everything you need for daily life: from delicatessens and wine shops to various supermarkets, as well as bars, pubs, and the beer gardens and traditional inns typical of Munich. And all of this is reachable within a 5-minute walk.

Despite the central location, the street is quiet, so you can spend relaxing minutes on the terrace or balcony. Parking spaces are also usually reliably found. With bus and subway, you can also quickly reach Munich's most important transport hubs and easily get around the entire city.

The apartment is ideal for anyone who is just moving to Munich and looking for a first safe haven, for a professional or private stay in the city, or simply for anyone who wants to experience Munich for a certain period without having to commit long-term.
