Located directly at the Weißenseepark and easy to reach by motorway or underground. It is a very quiet and clean house the flat is located. An idyll in the middle of the city. 5 min. walk to the subway St. Quirin Platz, 10 min. to Marienplatz by subway. It is not an apartment that is suitable for families because of its size.
