En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

I am renting out my beautiful, fully furnished 2-room apartment in an absolute prime Munich location. The entire apartment is available for rent – ideal for anyone seeking modern style and absolute tranquility.

Balcony with green views & full privacy: A true highlight is the balcony with a fantastic view of greenery towards the Isar. Since no neighbor can look in, you enjoy complete privacy despite the brilliant, central location. Grilling on the balcony is also possible!

Location & Connectivity: In just 3 minutes, you can walk to the English Garden – perfect for sports, walks, or breaks in nature. Theresienwiese is approx. 15 minutes away.

Flexible sleeping comfort: In addition to the comfortable bedroom, the living area features a very comfortable box-spring sofa bed, which, thanks to ergonomic box-spring bed technology, is also perfectly suited for long-term sleepers.

The apartment is rented as a whole, is fully equipped and ready for occupancy – just move in and feel at home.
