En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

For temporary rental for temporary use, 2 rooms (bedroom and living room) of a very well-maintained 3-room apartment are available. They are fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy. You will occupy the apartment alone: The third room is not rented out - it is locked and serves only to store the landlord's private belongings. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building built in 2006 with only eight residential units. Due to its south-east orientation, it is flooded with light and very bright; the morning sun reaches the rooms early in the day. The bathroom also has a window and thus natural light. Since summer, I have only used the apartment sporadically, and it is in a well-maintained, immediately habitable condition. On the balcony with a view of our "large meadow" with great trees, you can comfortably end the day. Features: - fully furnished, kitchen with various kitchen utensils and appliances - Bathroom with shower and bathtub, furnished - Washing machine and tumble dryer, separately in the basement - Cellar compartment for shared use - Separate bicycle cellar in the basement - Internet / Wi-Fi - Underground parking space (part of the rental agreement, costs separate) Costs – all inclusive: The ancillary costs include all costs, including electricity, internet, and broadcasting fee (GEZ). There are no further bills or additional payments. The furnishing surcharge (10% of the net cold rent) is already included in the stated cold rent. The underground parking space is charged separately. An anticipated price increase in 2027 is also taken into account. Rental period: minimum 6, maximum 12 months.
