This bright and comfortable private room is located on Sylvensteinstraße in Munich-Sendling and offers approximately 12 m2 of private living space. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk, making it well suited for students, interns and professionals who need a practical place to live and work.

The room is part of a spacious approx. 110 m2 shared apartment, providing generous common areas while still offering privacy in your own room. High-speed internet and central heating are available, creating a comfortable setup for medium- and long-term stays throughout the year.

Residents share a well-maintained bathroom as well as a separate toilet, which makes everyday living more convenient in a shared apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped for regular cooking and includes a stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave, together with the essential facilities needed for everyday meals. A washing machine is also available for shared use.

The apartment is located in Sendling, a well-connected residential district south of Munich city centre. The area offers an excellent combination of public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and access to the Isar.

Several important transport connections are within walking distance:

U-Bahn Brudermühlstraße – U3: approximately 7–12 minutes on foot, providing direct connections toward Implerstraße, Sendlinger Tor, Marienplatz area, Universität and Münchner Freiheit. Brudermühlstraße is officially served by the U3.
S-Bahn Mittersendling – S7 / S20: approximately 10–15 minutes on foot, offering convenient connections toward central Munich and other parts of the city.
Harras – U6 / S-Bahn: approximately 15–18 minutes on foot. Harras provides access to the U6, as well as further suburban and regional connections.
Several nearby bus connections, including lines serving Brudermühlstraße, Harras, Giesing and other parts of Munich, provide additional flexibility.
