Moosach is an up-and-coming residential district in the north of Munich with excellent infrastructure and great recreational value. The location offers a perfect mix of urban proximity and green oases. The district stands out for its proximity to the OLYMPIAPARK and the ENGLISH GARDEN, two of Munich’s most important green spaces. The area is characterized by modern residential buildings, good transport connections, and a wide range of shopping opportunities, especially in the Olympia Shopping Center (OEZ). Moosach offers a high quality of life with plenty of space, green areas, and a friendly neighborhood atmosphere.
