En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

This beautiful, bright and lovingly furnished apartment fulfills your every wish for comfortable living. The apartment is located right in the city center of Münster and in 5 minutes you are at the beautiful Prinzipalmarkt and in the old town. In front of the apartment you will find a beautiful large square with gastronomy and sports activities. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, about 200 meters away, you will find everything your heart needs for a beautiful life. Here you will find a large selection of supermarkets, restaurants, an ice cream parlour, cinema, fitness center, bus stop and much more. The apartment is fully equipped and the large balcony (12 sqm) invites you to linger in any weather. A new house is currently being built next door, so noise disturbances can rarely occur during the day

The laundry room with its own washing machine and tumble dryer also belongs to the use of the apartment.
In the apartment you will find a workplace with an Imac 27 inch and a printer. They also have satellite / cable TV and high-speed internet access.
The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, glasses, cutlery, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine)
The bedroom has a large wardrobe, double bed and cable TV. The apartment is surrounded by a large stock of trees, which means that there is always a pleasant climate in the apartment even in summer.
