Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

💶 Financial Terms & Additional Costs
Deposit & Final Cleaning: A security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, minus a mandatory final cleaning fee (€80 for rooms / €100 for apartments and studios).

Other Costs (Last Month's Rent): Listed under "Other Costs" is the payment for your final month of rent. This must be paid in advance at check-in as a guarantee.

Check-In Payments (Cash): Please note that both the security deposit and the "Other Costs" (last month's rent) must be paid strictly in cash upon check-in.

Administrative Fee: The admin fee cannot be paid in cash and must be settled via bank transfer at check-in.

3 The OTHER required cost is the last month of the stay, which also has to be paid at check-in IN CASH. If these payments are not made at check-in in the above-mentioned manner, keys will not be delivered.

The deposit will be reimbursed ONLY if the apartment is left in good condition, no appliances have been broken and all payments have been made. Security Deposit Refund Policy: Please note that the security deposit is processed via bank transfer within 24 to 48 hours after check-out.
