En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt zentral mitten in Neuss und nicht unweit vom Düsseldorf Stadtzentrum entfernt. Beide Städte sind - je nach Präferenz - mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die gute Anbindung an die A59 und A46 erlaubt eine schnellen Zugang nach Köln oder Krefeld. Beide Städte sind in gut 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des Rheins und der Rheinwiesen. Sport oder Spaziergänge sind jederzeit möglich. So kannst Du einen Spaziergang am Rhein oder im Grün der Flutwiesen oder gar eine Fahrradtour im Neusser Land machen. Zentraler und ruhiger kann man in Neuss-Gnadental nicht Wohnen.

Die Wohnung selbst ist relativ neu aus dem Jahr 2017. Sie ist hell, freundlich und grosszügig geschnitten. Selbstverständlich ist die neue Wohnung möbiliert.
Eine Fussbodenheizung sorgt für die notwendige Wärme im Winter und die angrenzende grosse Terrasse mit angrenzenden Rasen gibt Raum nach Draussen im Sommer.

Aussenstellplatz sind genuegend vorhanden.

The flat is centrally located, close to the city center of Neuss and Düsseldorf. Good "Autobahn" connection (A46 and A59) will allow you to be in 20 minutes in Cologne or Krefeld. Düsseldorf city center or Neuss center can be reach by car, bike or public near-by transportation.
The beautiful apartment is located in the middle of Neuss - Gnadental. The vicinity offers good after work opportunties. The near river Rhine offers spacious area for walks, bike rides or other outdoor activities.

The apartment was built in Sept 2017. It includes a bedroom (double size), bathroom with shower and bath, hallway as well as living room with adjoining modern kitchen. It is floor-heated, bright and friendly. During the summer, a large terrace and a related lawn invites you to make use of the outside area. Of course, the apartment is furnished.
Car parking is usually available on the main street.
