A PRIVATE ROOM IN A 3-BEDROOM DUPLEX, 2 BLOCKS FROM EXPRESS TRAINS 2 AND 5, THAT WILL TAKE YOU TO MANHATTAN AND BEYOND.
SAINT MARY'S PARK, WITH TENNIS COURTS AND A RUNNING TRACK, IS IN 2 BLOCKS.
ALL COMMON AREAS ARE SHARED.


NOTE 1. There are 3 blink cameras on the stairways of each floor and entrance.

NOTE 2. A bookings must be no less than 30 days.

NOTE 3. Guest must state the reason for staying in the area and New York.

NOTE 4: Guest must pay 25% of the entire stay within 48 hours of booking.

NOTE 5. In addition to the deposit, the guest must pay an entire month's rent on the day, and time of the arrival.

NOTE 6. The guest and the host must make a video call within 48 hours of booking.

NOTE 7. Before checking the Guest's passport, social media profile, and other supporting credentials such as, is student, proof of enrolment, if work, and proof of job acceptance must be emailed to the host.

NOTE 7. On the day of the arrival, the guest must show the hard copies of the supporting documents to the host.

NOTE 8. ( if this seems too much to ask, please note that the verification of the guest is for the safety of the host as well as the safety of the guest. )

guest may not alter the room layout, or remove furniture or any other items.
no loud music, speakers at all
no smoking
guest must recycle
guest may not bring overnight guests to the house.

COMMON AREAS ARE SHARED WITH THE HOST AND POSSIBLY ANOTHER GUEST. NO MORE THAN ONE GUEST IS ALLOWED IN THE ROOM.
THE LOCATION IS NEAR BRONX HOSPITALS AND CHARTER SCHOOLS.
