Also, the City College Norwich is just 25-minutes away on foot and only 14-minutes by bus. The property offers different room types that cater to the needs of the student studying in Norwich. All the rooms are spacious and designed with the comfort of students in mind to give them a home-away-from-home experience.

Should you decide to cancel your booking, it is your responsibility to find a replacement individual to enter into a new contract.
We cannot guarantee that we will find a replacement tenant, which poses a potential risk. In the event that we find a tenant without the use of an agent, there will be no fee. However, should we need to enlist the services of an agent, the cost could amount to up to one month's rent, which we would require you to cover.
