St Marks is a brand new student accommodation in Nottingham that offers premium and luxury studios. Located on Marks St. this property is a 10-minute walk from Nottingham Trent University and Nottingham Trent International College.

1. You need to pay a deposit of £350 to book a room with the property.

2. This is refundable at the end of the tenancy period, less any deductions and pending charges.

The property offers a 7 day cooling off period, wherein if the request of cancellation is received they will make no charge and will return your deposit or any payment of advance rent to you.

The property accepts:

1. Payment in full.

2. Payment in instalments: 4 instalments (only for those students having a valid UK based guarantor).

(a) First instalment to be paid at least five days before moving in (5-6 weeks rent).

(b) Second instalment due in October (14 weeks of rent).

(d) Fourth instalment due in May (remainder of the rent).

You may be eligible to be released from this agreement if you are a prospective first year undergraduate student and your offer of a place at your preferred University/Higher Education Institution is withdrawn by the University/Higher Education Institution as a result of you not achieving their required entry grades or you choose to go to a different University because you have exceeded your expected grades.

To apply to be released from the agreement in the circumstances referred to above, you will need to supply the property with a copy of:

A written rejection letter from your chosen university/college or UCAS or a screenshot of your UCAS status which confirms that the required results were not achieved; or

A copy of the proof of acceptance of your new university by UCAS adjustment.

These document(s) must be received by the property via email within 7 calendar days from the date your results are published.

Please note:

This policy is applicable only till the 1st August of each calendar year or 4 weeks prior to the contract start date.

You will be charged an administration charge of £60 inc VAT.

1. You may cancel your booking with the property without any liability if you do not get a visa to come and study in the UK.

2. Please provide the property with the necessary proofs within 7 days from the date the communication is received by you.

Please note:

1. This policy is applicable only till the 1st August of each calendar year or 4 weeks prior to the contract start date.

2. You will be charged an administration charge of £60 inc VAT.

1. Provided the 7 Day Cooling-Off-Period has expired, you will have to pay all amounts due under your Tenancy Agreement unless a replacement tenant is found for your room.

2. If a replacement Tenant is found for your room before your start date, the property team will release you from your Tenancy Agreement on the date 7 days after the new Tenant’s Tenancy Agreement is signed.

3. If a replacement Tenant is found for your Room after your start date, the property team will release you from your Tenancy Agreement from the start date of the replacement Tenant's new Tenancy Agreement.

4. If you have occupied the room prior to this, the property will charge £50.00 to cover the costs of preparing the Room for the replacement Tenant.

Credit card, debit card and bank transfer.

1. The property needs a valid UK based guarantor if you wish to pay in instalments.

2. International guarantors are not acceptable to the property.
