En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

We offer here from private a quietly located and at the same time well connected 2-room gallery apartment in the south of Nuremberg.
This apartment was designed by us for tenants who temporarily come to Nuremberg for professional reasons.
The apartment is fully equipped - just bring your personal belongings and you can start living.

The desired rental period is at least 3 months - but we are happy to rent longer.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and DG of a multi-family house with 6 residential units. The living room is located in the lower area of the modern furnished maisonette. It is furnished with a blue-grey sitting area, coffee table, highboard and a working area with desk, office chair and office container.
From the living area you can access the roof terrace, which invites you to linger in the afternoon sun with table and chairs (orientation to the west).
The open, tasteful fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as dishes, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
A spiral staircase leads to the gallery area with the sleeping area, double bed, nightstand, dresser and two closets.
The brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.

In 900m distance you can reach the S-Bahn, which takes you to the main station within 12 min in 20min intervals.
The stores of daily needs can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the nature reserve for relaxing, jogging, cycling is less than 300m away.
