Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en Coliving
En Coliving envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Each room is equipped with desks and chairs (perfect for when you have calls), but if you prefer working from the common areas, you can choose between the dining table or the terraces.

The villa is equipped with two 600 mb fiber routers to ensure a perfect connection throughout the premises.

Kitchen:
Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen to show off your cooking skills and prepare your meals. It includes a blender, moka pot, kettle, oven, microwave, and toaster.

Outdoor Areas:
In addition, our co-living features one large terrace and a rooftop.
1. The front terrace is a great spot to relax under the shade of the parasols.
2. The top terrace is the perfect place to catch the first rays of the sun while practicing yoga or working on your tan.

From here, you can enjoy stunning views of Las Palmas and the surrounding palm trees while working or relaxing.
Ciudad Jardín is a residential neighborhood located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It has an exclusively residential character, with a tranquil nature to its streets. The area was developed by British residents who dominated the economic life of the region in the late 19th century. As a result, the neighborhood is home to many embassies and elegant residences, all situated amidst small gardens of various architectural styles.

In this true oasis within the vibrant city of Las Palmas, visitors can admire the greenery and subtropical lushness of Doramas Park. The large Hotel Santa Catalina is another prominent feature of the area.
