THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Montreuil is one of the liveliest corners of the eastern edge of Paris: street markets, artist studios, bars and cinemas, without Paris prices. The house sits on a quiet residential street, and metro La Dhuys (line 11) is roughly 2 minutes away - a brand-new station that opened with the line 11 extension, putting Chatelet on a single direct line.

TO BOOK
Passport copy and proof of income (employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, last 3 payslips, or a guarantor). The deposit and membership fee are charged once you enter your payment details online. Rent is only due a few days before your contract starts.
LEAVING
Departures are at the end of the month: rent is due through the last day of your final month.
