The building is situated in a quiet residential area, well served by public transport, making it ideal for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing proximity to the sea.
The apartment consists of bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined together), kitchenette, dining area, bathroom and covered balcony.

The interior space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with 2 single beds (can be joined together), wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and split A/C;
- DINING AREA with dining table, chairs, SMART TV and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator, electric oven, electric kettle, moka, kitchenware, wine glasses and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;
- BALCONY (access from kitchen and bedroom) with small outdoor table.
