Tu dinero está protegido
El importe de la reserva lo retiene Spacest y se entrega al propietario 48 horas después de tu check-in. Paga siempre la reserva a través de la plataforma de Spacest, nunca fuera de ella

Spacious and modern apartment featuring a private small terrace, located in a convenient and central area of Porto. Perfect for mid-term stays, this bright and comfortable home combines modern amenities with a cosy atmosphere and a pleasant outdoor space.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room features a comfortable sofa, TV and air conditioning, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the city.
The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. From the apartment, you also have direct access to a charming small outdoor terrace with a seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh air.
Additional Costs:
- Utilities (water, electricity, gas, and internet): Not included; estimated cost of €160 per month. Additional costs may apply if consumption exceeds this amount.
- Note: The administrative fee is not included. It corresponds to 10% of the rental value.
- Deposit: 1 month's rent.
Cleaning and Linen Services:
- A mandatory final cleaning fee of €160 will be applied to all reservations.
- A mandatory €60 linen and towels fee applies to the stay.
- There is the option to hire a monthly cleaning service, including linen change, for an additional €80 per month.
- If you prefer not to hire the monthly cleaning service, a monthly inspection of the property by a member of our team will be required.
