En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

This quiet yet centrally located apartment close to the waterline, is located in an ancient and fully renovated villa in the immediate vicinity (1 minute) to the Havel and the Havel promenade. The traffic-calmed residential street "Auf dem Kieweitt" leads to the shores of the River Havel and its parcs, which invite you to go for a walk, to play sports, enjoy beautiful cafes and relax.

The apartment located on the garden level, has its own terrace and direct garden access. Bicycle storage facilities are located on the premisses or in the floor level storage room in the garden, which is for your own use only.
