Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Beautiful room in the center of Prague!

This furnished room with a private bathroom you will find in a shared apartment after reconstruction with a size of 5+1 in the desired location of Prague 2 – Nové město near the center and náměstí I.P. Pavlova (metro red line C), Wenceslas Square, náměstí Míru and Karlovo náměstí. The flat lies on the fourth floor of the building with an elevator.

The room has a size of about 20 sqm. and we offer it fully furnished with a convertible bed with 2 x mattress (2x 80 cm x 200 cm = width 160 cm), bedding with bed linens, desk with chair, lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, other small decorations and of private bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment has a new kitchen, all appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, hood, microwave, basic utensils, kettle, washing machine/dryer), and a shower room with sink and toilet.

Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy, water utilities, etc.). and the standard contract is for one year with the possibility to extend or cancel earlier without penalties. Because we are the owners of all our properties, you don’t pay any commissions. A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent. On top of all, we can provide you with proof of accommodation or a business license.

Location:
The apartment is located in the city center, so all civic amenities are near the house - restaurants, groceries, banks, delicatessens, butchers, drugstores, cafes, clinic, pharmacy, KFC, MC Donalds, Starbucks, Tesco, Billa, Albert, household goods, farmers market on Tylovo Square.

Furthermore, public transport can be reached easily: there is a tram stop (lines 22, 10, 16, 11, 13, 6), metro I.P. Pavlova (Red C line), and more. Near the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University (1 LFUK), University of New York Prague.

In conclusion, this is a great choice for everybody who wants to enjoy Prague's city center! The apartment is ready to move in therefore no additional costs or payments are required. As a result, we have plenty of satisfied tenants from all over the world:-)
